Data Analysis Clinics | Print |
On the first Friday of each month, Arizona Research Laboratories’ Biotechnology Computing Facility will host a "Data Analysis Clinic" for the purpose of assisting researchers with scripting, database usage, or other data analysis problems.  While not intended to provide complete solutions or in-depth statistical support, the clinics will consist of half-hour free consultations with our staff on data analysis needs. For example, we cannot write complete scripts for you, but we will help you refine and debug those that you have written. For more extensive assistance, researchers may collaborate with BCF staff on a cost recovery basis as described in http://bcf.arl.arizona.edu/accessbcf/forms/BCFBF20050202.pdf.

The Data Analysis Clinics will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am in Keating 111D.  To schedule a help session, email Susan Miller .

Scheduling priority will be given to those who have attended our Life Sciences Computing workshops or who have been paying collaborators in the past.
