BCF can help you migrate computationally and data intensive analyses to the UA's High-Performance Computer , UA's Beowulf Cluster, or the Condor Grid .

Get results faster by submitting large jobs to the campus high performance computer. You may obtain an account through UITS and BCF can help get you started on running the programs.

In cooperation with the Genomic Analysis and Technology Core Facility (GATC) and the Center for Computing and Technology (CCIT) the BCF coordinates a team specializing in molecular biology, bioinformatics and statistics to help investigators design statistically sound experiments.   • Basic training on any of the software packages.
  • Data Processing: QC reports with remarks. Standard outputs: Robust increasers/decreasers, Scatter plot w/ fold change lines, Lists of genes up/down 2-fold, 2.5-fold, and 3-fold.
  • Optional: Genespring outputs. Time series data processing.
