This is a 10-hour workshop that takes place over five 2-hour classes scheduled for:

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops - please indicate whether you can do so in the Comments box at the bottom of the page.

What: Introduction to Perl Scripting geared toward Life Sciences Research tasks.

perl_fillDetails: Learn to use the Perl scripting language to parse your data and extract selected features and subsets of data. Our Introductory Perl workshops will enable you to write simple scripts tailored to your data analysis needs.

Cost: Free to UA students, faculty and staff; $150 for non-UA
