Our training staff is available to help you with the GCG Package. The topic we will focus on is the use of the GCG graphical interface, SeqLab. Before we can offer this service, we require that you become familiar with BioDesk by going through the BioDesk Tutorial. In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up your BioDesk account, start and work a BioDesk Session, launch programs and understand basic file management.

Procedure:

  1. Request a server account to be created for you.
  2. When you are notified (via email) of the account creation, follow the BioDesk Tutorial.
  3. Upon completion of the tutorial, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to request GCG Package Training session.  A BCF staff member will respond to your request to set up this session.
  4. Review (and print) GCG SeqLab A and B Tutorials.
