CyVerse
CyVerse(link is external) provides a national cyber infrastructure for life science research as well as training scientists in using such high performance computing resources. Formerly the iPlant Collaborative, CyVerse provides a platform for data storage, bioinformatics tools, image analyses, and cloud services. CyVerse also allows programmatic access through multiple APIs. The CyVerse Learning Center provides valuable information for getting started using CyVerse resources. For more information, visit http://cyverse.org(link is external).
UA Research Computing
UA Research Computing provides high performance/high throughput computing systems, software, and research data storage at no charge to all members of the UA campus community. In addition to consulting on high performance computing, visualization and statistical consulting are available. Space is available in the Research Colocation Data Center for server housing.
