Data science is applied in a highly interdisciplinary set of domains, but it’s not always clear how similar these applications can be. In this weekly workshop, different data science topics will be covered by instructors who will introduce the audience to specific methods and techniques that they utilize within their domain. Speakers will present bite-sized segments in data science featuring the R or Python programming languages aimed at students and researchers interested in diving in or broadening their data science skills.
Attendees will benefit from working code examples (recipes) that they can apply or adapt to their own work.
