Microbial community analysis of 16S rRNA amplicons using QIIME2 on the HPC

In this workshop will be an introduction of using QIIME2 for microbial community analysis of 16S rRNA amplicon sequences on the HPC. We will also go over writing SLURM and BASH scripts for submitting jobs and running commands on the HPC.
